Claudia Olsson is an international expert in digital transformation, AI and future skills. She is the founder and CEO of Stellar Capacity, a global education company helping leaders build digital and AI capabilities for the future of work, and co-founder of SpeakCharlie, advancing global talent mobility and intercultural competence. 
 

​Claudia serves on the Board of Medicover, one of Europe’s leading healthcare and diagnostics companies, and has contributed to national and EU-level digital policy through roles with the Swedish government’s Digitalization Commission, the European Commission, and the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council.
